Membership Agreement

This Membership Agreement governs wholesale accounts on the Kutcha Accessories website operated by BİO RİTİM BİREYSEL HİZMETLER VE TUR. İTH. İHR. LTD. ŞTİ. (“Kutcha Accessories”, “we” or “us”).

1. Wholesale accounts
Registration is intended for businesses purchasing products for commercial purposes. You agree to provide accurate and current information about yourself and your business. Submitting a registration form does not automatically approve your account. We review applications before granting access to wholesale prices and product availability.

2. Account security
You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for activity carried out through your account. Please contact us promptly if you believe someone has gained unauthorised access.

3. Products and orders
Prices and product availability shown after account approval may change. Placing an order is subject to the information and terms displayed during checkout, including the applicable price, payment, delivery and return information. Creating an account does not oblige you to place an order.

4. Use of the website
You may use your account to browse and purchase products for your business. You must not provide false business details, share account access without authorisation or interfere with the operation of the website. We may restrict an account if information is materially inaccurate or the account is misused. You may request account closure by contacting us.

5. Privacy and contact
Information about how we handle personal data is provided in our Privacy Notice. Promotional emails are optional and are managed through a separate choice during registration.
